Our Local Experts are offering valuations via video call apps such as WhatsApp, Skype or any of your preferred platforms. You can discuss this option with your Local Expert when they call ahead of your valuation. If you’re happy to have an in home valuation, all of our appointments will remain safe and socially distanced.
After we’ve conducted your valuation, you’ll get a full valuation report. This will include your property value, as well as all details discussed as part of your valuation.
You can then instruct us to get your home on the market. You can choose to pay upfront, or you can defer your payment for up to 10 months after advert publication.
Upon instruction, we’ll create your advert. If you choose a virtual valuation, then we’ll edit the photographs you provide to us and add floor plans where possible, followed by a well-crafted description. If you select an in home valuation, then we’ll gather these on our visit.
You can manage viewings with potential buyers via virtual viewings where possible, using their preferred video call apps. We’re also still offering safe in home viewing services. Alternatively, buyers can view a Video Tour on your property advert if one has been uploaded. Virtual or in home viewings can be booked online by your buyers, and you can control the times you’re happy for them to happen by approving each one.
You can manage your sale at any time, get instant feedback from buyers and even accept offers. Your Local Expert will help handle negotiations too. Once you’ve accepted the offer, our Post-Sales support team will guide you through the conveyancing process and be on hand to assist with any questions.
