continuing to ask customers to manage viewings with potential buyers via
virtual viewings where possible, using their preferred video call apps. We’re
also still offering safe in home viewing services. Alternatively, buyers can
view a Video Tour on your property advert if one has been uploaded. Virtual or
in home viewings can be booked online by your buyers, and you can control the
times you’re happy for them to happen by approving each one.
